SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items are MADE TO ORDER please allow 2-7 days to make your item plus 8 business days with STANDARD shipping or 2 business days with EXPRESS shipping.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-7 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

All U.S orders are shipped via DHL/UPS/FDX.
Normal arrival times is 8 business days and up to 12 business days during holiday season.
The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

  • Standard:Will arrive in 7-10 business days
  • Express:Will arrive in 2 business days

Free standard shipping offer valid on all orders.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Ardonn Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

ETERNITY RINGS

Eternity rings are custom pieces made to order, please insure you have your current ring size and cannot be returned for a refund.

If you made a mistake you may Exchange the ring but a restocking fee of up to %15 may apply.

All custom pieces are created in our Workshop.

FINE JEWELRY

All Fine Jewelry orders over $450 are shipped via DHL and require a signature upon delivery.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

 

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

 

P.O. BOXES

All orders are shipped via DHL/USP/FDX
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O Boxes.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track your order, visit the My Account section on Ardonn.com
, login, and refer to your recent orders.

RETURN POLICY

Ardonn.COM PURCHASES

Ardonn jewelry provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING (within the continental US only)
Please eMail us on info@ardonn.com and you will be sent a return procedure.
Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a refund must be sent back to Ardonn jewelry within 7 business days of receipt of product.
Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 14 days after the receipt of product.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service via email at info@ardonn.com 


ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for Ardonn Jewelry ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours, Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
If you wish to return an item please contact us within 3 days from delivery confirmation.

 On cancellation on non-custom made orders a %5 or $25 fee may occur.
